Britney Simone is a multidisciplinary artist, professional pole dancer, and birth worker currently based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Her creative practice bridges movement, visual art, and advocacy, centering themes of reclamation and embodiment. She has performed and taught pole dance internationally, including at the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam and Pole Dance Ferrara in Italy.

Britney’s work draws from lived experience to explore desire and inner shadows. Through abstracted figurative drawings, she honors the body as a site of power, memory, and transformation. Inspired by nature, ritual, and storytelling, her practice holds space for stigmatized narratives from stripping to birth and abortion, offering tender and powerful counter narratives that affirm wholeness and shameless self-expression.
